When you have decided that you need some help and/or advice to regain full pain free mobility, then you should contact me by phone or email to arrange an appointment.

I will visit you to save the need for you to travel and to allow you to relax in familiar surroundings. I will bring everything I need to carry out your treatment.

In our first appointment I will establish your normal working environment, activity level and will carry out some mobility assessments to analyse the problem(s) that you are having.

After the initial consultation and assessments the treatment plan will be formulated incorporating the appropriate methods, which could include some of the below examples:

  • Effleurage - to warm up the muscles and help to relax
  • Petrissage
  • Cross fibre friction
  • Trigger point therapy
  • Remedial exercise recommendation
  • Postural assesements
  • Postual correction advice
  • Recommendations on injury prevention
  • Exercise program
  • Self treatment advice
  • Provision of self treatment equipment

Not all of the above will be appropriate in all cases.
